Historic Charleston

Charleston is reputed to be the friendliest city in the US, and certainly is the most beautiful. From my office in downtown Charleston, I will comb through MLS, as well as personally network to aid you in your quest for a historic residence or one of our newly built luxury condominiums on the peninsula.

The Lowcountry Beaches

Walk out of your house right on to the Atlantic Coast’s finest beaches. Sea islands, such as Charleston’s Sullivan’s Island, Folly Beach and Isle of Palms, offer the old-fashioned beach life, with eclectic, wonderful homes. Kiawah Island Resort hosts the finest golf courses in the Southeast, as well as mansions to rival Newport.
Seabrook Island, next to Kiawah, affords the ultimate in private living. Exclusive Dewees Island, accessible only by water, offers a superb natural retreat with vistas of white sand and driftwood. Venture a little further to Edisto, with vast beaches, gated communities, and old-fashioned beach cottages. Let us not be remiss in not mentioning historic Pawley’s Island, beautifully developed DeBordieu north of Charleston. Well-known Hilton Head is the golfer’s paradise, as well as a shopping and culinary hub. Tybee Island, just south of Savannah, has a wonderful history.

Lowcountry Waterfront

Your dream house on a tidal river with an expansive marsh view, are yours for the asking. Charleston, Beaufort, and Savannah offer multiple wonderful waterfront developments within 15 minutes from the heart of the cities. Or be a little more remote and experience the life on the river with your
own flats boat for chasing redfish. Crab and shrimp right from you own private dock. Revel in the incredible views of the sun setting over the vast expanse of pristine marshes. Unspoiled Wadmalaw Island, with it’s venerable oaks and rivers, has long been a favorite Charleston summer place and is rapidly becoming a year round destination. Exclusive Spring Island, between Beaufort and Hilton Head, has been carefully developed with great attention in preserving the incredible natural beauty of this lowcountry gem. Bike the miles of nature trails or saddle up your mare at the equestrian center. Bull Point, midway between Charleston and Savannah, offers fine waterfront estate living. Travel closer to Savannah to experience the new 23,000 acre Palmetto Bluff, with a five star inn and spa. I even go as far as Cumberland Harbor in South Georgia to locate a new and breathtaking gated waterfront community for you, with 1100 planned homes.

Historic Savannah

Let me walk you through the exquisite live oak lined parks and stately homes of this majestic city. The downtown historic district is chocked with grand restorations and some just waiting for your imagination. My Savannah liaison has lived in downtown Savannah for more than 50 years.
We collaborate beautifully, whether it is downtown or further out in some of the older neighborhoods, newly established gated communities, or outlying islands.
